Kundalini Awakening

Awakening One’s Kundalini is a spiritual practice that has been around for centuries. The goal of this practice is to awaken the dormant energy that lies at the base of your spine and to release it up your spine to allow you to live life as your fullest selves.

It is believed that Kundalini energy can be awakened by many different things, such as meditation, yoga poses, or chanting. This type of awakening has been used in Yoga for centuries and became popularized in the west by Paramahansa Yogananda, who wrote extensively about it.

Kundalini Yoga is a specific type of yoga and it is an ancient practice that has been around for centuries. The goal of this practice is to awaken the dormant energy that lies at the base of your spine and to release it up your spine.

This practice includes techniques such as breath work, meditation, and poses or asanas which are designed to help you relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Here are some steps to try:

  • Make sure you are comfortable

  • Choose an area that is free of distractions, like a beach or in the park.

  • Take a few deep breaths to help yourself come into the present moment.

  • Pick one of your favorite breathing techniques and practice it for a few minutes before continuing with this list.

  • Breathing in love and peace from the top of your head, down through each part of your body to all

Let’s consider another type of yoga. Bikram yoga is a style of yoga that is based on the Bikram Choudhury's 26-posture series. There are nine postures to each series, and each posture is held for a specific amount of time, usually six to eight breaths. The heat and humidity in the room are also carefully controlled, being set at 40 degrees Celsius with 40% humidity. The rooms are always heated to this temperature, Air flow is also constantly being regulated to make sure the room stays between 20-25 degrees Celsius.

An important factor that determines the success of yogic practices in attaining their goals is the state of mind of the yogist. The Awakening of One's Kundalini is a state of mind that we enter into during yoga. It is a state of consciousness where we are fully aware and present in the moment.

The Awakening of one's Kundalini is not an easy task, it requires work and dedication to oneself. But once it has been achieved, one can't help but feel a sense of oneness with the world around them.

It is said that some people are born with a "twisted" Kundalini and it's their responsibility to work on their spiritual side. It is also said that all people have an "Auntie" who has a weak Kundalini and should be looked out for as she is considered to be more vulnerable and needs more guidance. Auntie's can be taken care of by a good teacher or in a group setting.

All of us have an 'Auntie'. This is another word for our inner demons. We all have to grapple with these impulses that are the result of childhood trauma or adult life experiences that shape our personalities. The Auntie can be the voice in your head that tells you to do something bad, and it's important to know how to deal with it.

If we have a twisted Kundalini, we need to straighten and smoothen it out. An individual with a twisted Kundalini may feel that he or she has no spiritual power, is ungrounded, or not able to practice oneness. Because our spiritual power arises from our Kundalini and when it becomes unbalanced we're not at peace.

The Kundalini is a powerful energy that exists in all humans. It can be positive or negative and it is up to the person themselves to keep it in check. The Kundalini can sometimes twist and then the person's Kundalini has a "twisted" shape, which can cause many complications for the individual.
